  • Bring materials to class (Assignment Notebook, Social Studies Book, Folder, Pencil and Red Pen)
  • Participate in class discussions

v   Homework

  • Given about 2-3 times a week
  • Graded following day some based on accuracy and some based on completion.
  • Corrections must be made to all assignments
  • ALL ASSIGNMENTS must be kept in their Social Studies Folder

v  Quizzes

  • Given approximately 1-2 times a unit
  • D’s or F’s MUST be signed by the parent and turned in the following day

v  Tests

  • At the end of each unit
  • D’s or F’s MUST be signed by the parent and turned in the following day

v  Projects

  • Many throughout the year – point values varies
  • Independent and Group Work
